Goal 8: Decent work and economic growth
Approximately half of the world's population earns so poorly that they cannot make a living from their wages. Creating high-quality jobs is a significant challenge for all countries leading up to 2030.
What needs to be done?
To eradicate poverty and combat inequality worldwide, everyone must have jobs. For this to happen, we need to foster equitable economic growth and create new employment opportunities. This entails including the youth in the labor market, ensuring a stable and secure working environment, promoting the participation of more women in the workforce, and reducing informal and black-market employment.
What does IDÉ House of Brands do

We adapt our procurement procedures to empower our partners to meet the requirements outlined in our code of conduct. Our procurement department actively works to establish long-term relationships with collaborators who demonstrate a particular willingness and ability to contribute to positive development in the supply chain. Additionally, we collaborate closely with IEH, Ethical Trading Norway, and adhere to the commitments associated with such partnerships.
