Since this collection is sold in the B2B market, it is important for us that the process of repairing the garments is as simple as possible for you, the recipient of an iwear product. That’s why we have created this digital repair solution, where you can send in your product and have it returned to you fully repaired.

RecoMended

To return repaired garments to you we have teamed up with RecoMended. RecoMended is driven by the goal of enabling a shift from a linear to a circular textile industry. With their innovative and efficient processes, they repair textiles to extend their lifecycle. RecoMended is already working with companies such as Kappahl and Polarn och Pyret and now also with IDÉ House of Brands. 

How to send in a repair

  1. Fill out the form by clicking the link.
  2. Choose the category the garment falls under.
  3. Enter the required information.
  4. Provide your contact details.
  5. Proceed to payment.
  6. You will receive an email confirming your repair, along with information on where to send the product.

RecoMende will assist in restoring the product to its original condition as much as possible, depending on the availability of spare parts.

Delivery time is approximately 14 days, plus shipping time.
