Terms and conditions for purchases at IDÉ Group

Here you will find the terms and conditions for the purchase of product media on IDÉ Group' website.

Prices:
All prices are exclusive of VAT, and we make reservations for printing errors and currency changes. All prices are listed in EUR.

Products:
We reserve the right that the website may contain discontinued products, as well as errors in stock status.

Freight:
All prices are ex. freight costs. Freight will be added to the invoice. We offer home delivery if desired.

Delivery time:
Standard delivery time for stock items is approx. 2-3 weeks from approved correction. Some products and special productions have longer delivery times. Transport delays may occur and are beyond IDÉ Group' control.

Design work:
Two reviews are included in the price. Other design work will be invoiced at NOK 1500 per hour.

Error/deficiency:
In the event of defects or missing delivered products, please contact your project manager or salgsupport@idegroup.no. 

Change of purchase terms:
IDÉ Group reserves the right to change the terms of purchase on the website, including as a result of changes in the law.
