Norden Wok

With our history based on real craftsmanship and Nordic traditions, Fiskars Norden is an example of Nordic design, inspired by nature. Norden's 28 cm wok has a thick bottom and an edge-to-edge, layered construction that distributes the heat exceptionally well throughout the product, also to the edges. The product is ideal for woking, stir-fry and other Asian-inspired dishes. The aluminum core, between the outer layers of stainless steel, guarantees uniform heat throughout the product, regardless of the hob. The Ceratec™ non-stick coating with the mineral Thermium™ treatment gives the product superb non-stick properties without compromising on a classic stainless design. This makes Norden perfect for preparing even the most delicate ingredients, and adds rich flavors to the dish. The stainless handle is designed to minimize heat transfer, which makes for more comfortable use. The maximum roasting and oven temperature is 270°C. Made in Finland.
