Norden Steel Wok

With our history based on real craftsmanship and Nordic traditions, Fiskars Norden is an example of classic Nordic design, inspired by nature. Norden Stål Wok of 28 cm is an uncoated wok with a thick base and an edge-to-edge, layered construction that distributes the heat exceptionally well throughout the product, also to the edges. Ideal for browning and frying at high temperatures. The aluminum core, between the outer layers of stainless steel, guarantees uniform heat throughout the product, regardless of the hob. The engraved pattern distributes the fat in the pan, creating friction during frying. The stainless handle is specially designed to minimize heat transfer, and makes the product more user-friendly. The maximum roasting and oven temperature is 270°C. Made in Finland.
