Norden Knife set Chef´s knife L & Paring knife

The knives in the Fiskars Norden series are made of the best materials. The set contains Nordic's large chef's knife and the handy vegetable knife. The blade is made of high-quality German steel with a high carbon content, which ensures superb performance and long-lasting sharpness. The edge of the blade is ground at an angle of 26˚, which is optimal for this type of knife. The handles of the knives are made of heat-treated birch, which makes the knives both very comfortable to work with, but also aesthetically beautiful. The hardness of the blade is HRC +/- 55. We recommend hand washing the Norden knives. Made in Finland.
