Fiskars All Steel pure series has a classic design with a premium durability. Made with sustainable manufacturing techniques, and from high quality recycled stainless steel, All Steel pure gives a sense of solidity. The frying pan has a pattern which through this distributes the fat in the pan, withstands high temperatures and gives a very good frying result. The product is, so to speak, eternal, thanks to the material choices that have been made. It is made from 90% recycled stainless steel with a 92% lower carbon footprint than the industry average. An optimized 3-layer base distributes the heat evenly and efficiently on all types of hobs. Fiskars All Steel pure can be used at high temperatures, as well as in the oven. The products are ideal for browning and frying various ingredients. As the frying pan is uncoated, you must use a little more fat than usual, and adjust the temperature gradually. Uncoated products also brown at a lower temperature, so be careful with excessive heat, even if the product itself can withstand it. All Steel pure has an exceptionally long life thanks to its construction and the fact that the products are uncoated. They can be used on all types of hobs, and have a 25-year guarantee. The maximum roasting and oven temperature is 270°C. Designed and made in Finland. Easy to recycle.
